UPDATE at 9:20 PM: The fire has been stopped at around 1 acre in size. Avoid the area if possible as engines and water tenders are staged on the Grade Road.
July 15, 2017 at 9 PM: A fire has been reported at La Honda Park off Murphys Grade Road in Murphys.
The fire is about 1/2 acre at this time, with no structures threatened. Named the Grade IC. Water tenders, dozers and Vallecito crews are en route.
