Many are telling us that certain Calaveras Supervisors, including the Chair Oliveira, refuse to meet weekly, which seems to be necessary.
More and more Planning Department denials, everything from cannabis farms to zoning changes, are jamming up the Board, extending their meetings for hours and hours.
The reason the Oliveira reportedly refuses to change back to weekly meetings is because he spends so much time in his real home town of Danville, where his permanent home is located.
We hear that one other refusal comes from Tofanelli, District 1, because of his company in Stockton and his traveling to Hawaii a lot.
