According to the Calaveras County Sheriff, the victim of the homicide in Avery early this morning was 19 year old Cole Bilderback.
His father, 47 year old David Bilderback was booked into the Calaveras County Jail on the charge of 187(a) PC -murder alleged and he is being held on $2 million bail.
