In reviewing the video that was missing sound for awhile yesterday, we discovered that Calaveras Supervisor Garamendi not only mentioned Tetra Tech as a Florida corporation, a Disaster Industrial Complex, but also referred to them a "Pigs at the Trough"!
They continually demanded increases to the money they had bid, by $3 million overall. Thank you Supervisor Garamendi. What is wrong with Chair Oliveira? Why is he sticking with his friends at Tetra Tech? Doesn't he care about us at all???
