At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting on September 12, 2017 a member of the public turned in emails apparently sent from Supervisor Mills to supporters, trying to show them how to communicate secretly.
We are requesting copies of them and are reviewing yet another person who read a list of court cases, mostly money owed by the Mills, at the podium. We aren't sure if he turned in the list to the clerk, but will check.
Things are looking badly for District 4 Mills, and there have been many talking about recall due to lies they feel he told to get elected.
Remind you of anyone in higher office? We believe Mills is a shame to the office of Supervisor. He still tells Oliveira what to do and speaks without being recognized by the chair. And then there's his right wing Tea Party wife!!
