Palm Beach County reports that they are trying to rescue the many abandoned dogs they have found tied up, put in boxes or otherwise just left outside to wait for Irma. People have known for over a week that Irma was coming and could have taken their pets to a safe place, but NOOOO!
Yes, these humans ran for their lives, they couldn't be bothered to find a safe place to take their pets. Perhaps they should be tied to trees to wait for the storm. It is true that the only truly bad animal in this world in the human animal!!
