Yes, according to the Calaveras Sheriff's report on September 8, 2017 a man was cited for riding his snowmobile...when there was no snow.
Apparently concerned neighbors reported this activity at El Dorado and Rawhide in Arnold. Of course, it was about 10 minutes after midnight. He's going to have to wait a couple of months.
