As of 10:05 AM on October 11, 2017 the Atlas Fire is reported as 42,349 acres and only 3% containment.
Mandatory evacuations are in place over the entire area. Many homes have been destroyed. The wind has been causing the spread of these fires per CalFire.
The Green Valley area is now being evacuated. That is in the Fairfield area.
