UPDATE: CHP has changed this collision to Minor injuries. There are currently 4 CHP officers at the scene.
UPDATE at 10 AM: Tow trucks are attempting to reach the collision, but are currently blocked. Three CHP are at the scene.
October 19, 2017 at 9:10 AM: A head-on traffic collision has been reported on Hwy 4 at Darby Russell Road near the Red Apple.
CHP, the Sheriff's Office and a helicopter is en route for injuries. Hwy 4 is completely shut down.
