According to the Calaveras Sheriff, Aubrey James Allen (39) of San Andreas, was arrested at the DMV by a deputy.
Allen was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged False Imprisonment with Violence, a felony, and for Indecent Exposure and Battery on a Spouse or Date, both misdemeanors.
