Heiser was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Prohibited Ammunition Possession, Selling or Renting Harmful Matter to minors, and Giving minor controlled substance, all felonies and for Sending or Possessing Obscene Matter, a misdemeanor.
Also arrested at the scene was Randy Dale Terry (39) of Arnold. Terry was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Violation of Parole on a felony warrant.
