Callaway & Wilensky Want Criminals Free But 3 More Arrested Anyway

Put them in
THE SLAMMER!
On June 28, 2012, three people were arrested for various drug offenses; two  at Hwy 4 and Waterman Creek in Copperopolis, and one at the Burson Market.
Anthony Paul Coffaney, (32) was arrested for possession of a
controlled substance (a felony), possession of a hyodermic needle, drug paraphernalia (misdemeanors) and violation of parole (a felony).
At the same location, James Ray Garner (23), was arrested for Possession of a controlled Substance (a felony), possession of a hypodermic needle and controlled substance paraphernalia (misdemeanors).
At the Burson Market, Christopher Michael Couch (22) was arrested at the Burson Market for having controlled substance paraphernalia. (a misdemeanor)
All three showed Stockton for addresses. The residents of Calaveras County appreciate what our Sheriff's Department is doing to fight the crime of drugs in Calaveras County, and arresting them, despite what Supervisors Callaway and Wilensky say. We say they are criminals and should be arrested, not coddled and treated like poor little babies.
For the rest of the story see the Donkey Pen and other articles this week regarding Callaway and Wilensky not wanting any more deputies because they don't want any more people arrested in Calaveras County.
It's a sad time in our county when we have elected officials who think so little of us, and have so much love for the criminals.
