Plan B performs for Calaveras Arts in West Point on August 15, 2012
Local favorites and "Best Band" for five years running, Plan B, performs on August 15 at West Point Elementary School.  Music begins at 6:30p and ends at 8:00p.

Jim Bailey, and brothers Keno and Vince Rojas make up Plan B band.  Jim plays drums, Keno is on guitar, and Vince plays base.

They tailor their music to fit the audience with an emphasis on rock hits from the 50's, 60's, and 70's.  This trio has performed all around the foothills and is rockin' on the music from the Allman Brothers to ZZ Tops, the Motown sounds of the Temptations, and to the songs of  crooner, Dean Martin.  They know how to make the music and make the crowd happy.
Make the evening even more special by bringing your low back chairs, picnic dinner, non alcoholic beverages of choice, and dancing shoes.  If you don't want to dance just sit back and enjoy the show.

To get to West Point Elementary School, from Mokelumne Hill: Take Highway 26 West into West Point.  Stay to the right (don't go through town) until you come to the stop sign.  School is on the right (West Point Elementary School, Bald Mountain Road).

The next and closing performance in the Music in the Parks concert series is at Murphys Community Park.  Sourdough Slim and Robert Armstrong will highlight this end of summer show.   For more details about Music in the Parks and other events, visit www.calaverasarts.org  or call (209) 754-1774.
