Traffic Hazard in Valley Springs

     CHP is enroute to a reported person driving up and down the street in a crawler (a vehicle with giant tires or tracks), as of 4:05 PM, tearing up the street.

   This is located at McCauley Road and Conner Sts in Valley Springs.
