On November 1, 2013 Bryan Gavin Montgomery (56) of Mountain Ranch was arrested at his residence for alleged Battery on a Police Officer with Injury, a felony.
Montgomery was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies.
