Census Bureau says 23.8% of Californians live in poverty

   If you add in the cost of living over 23.8% of Californians actually live in poverty. Questioned about this by NPR's All Things Considered. the Governor gave an explanation.

   Brown says that the fact that California is a magnate for people moving her to look for work are "really the flip side of California's incredible attractiveness and prosperity."
