It seems that head coach Tony Dungy and the Indianapolis Colts had the chance to draft Richie Incognito in 2005, but pass, questioning the offensive lineman's character.
Irrational racism is certainly an indication of bad character in anyone, along with the inability to keep from intentionally bullying others.
