Fire in Valley Springs

Hard to tell what that was now!!

    UPDATE:  The Quail Fire was apparently caused by some type of equipment use. It's too dry to use lawnmowers or other mechanical equipment in the grass now. No homes have been damaged.


  UPDATE at 4:20 PM:  This fire is 50 acres and is now 40% contained.
  The earlier report of a fire on Willow Creek was apparently in error.

    July 12, 2017 at 4:10 PM:  A fire has been reported on Hwy 26 at Quail Oaks Drive in Valley Springs.

   Homes and businesses are being evacuated nearby. Avoid the area if possible.
