Logging truck collision

   UPDATE at 4:20 PM:  The patient is now en route via air medic to San Joaquin General Hospital.

  UPDATE at 3:30 PM:  Now requesting air ambulance again for this collision with multiple compound fractures and the patient with alternate levels of consciousness.  Requesting more assistance with traffic control.


  UPDATE:  Ambulance has been cancelled, but both lanes of Hwy 12 are blocked.


   July 12, 2017 at 3:15 PM:  A logging truck and a pickup have collided on Hwy 12 near Southworth Road in the Burson area.

   Emergency personnel are responding to the scene, including an ambulance. One person may need to be extricated.

The driver of the pickup was lucky! If the driver's sie of his pickup had collided with the big rig, he'd be on a slab in the office. Too bad he missed his death wish, he reeked of marijuana and driving while intoxicated.
