At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting on October 24, 2017 members of the public asked "Where is this Jack Cox, whom Supervisor Mills says is the author of the phony report and EIR he turned in last week?
No response to this question. Is he sitting in his multi-million dollar house on Lake Tulloch laughing at everyone in this county, or is he planning what evil he can do next???

Mills deceitful truck backfired. Clapp got caught exposing the county to huge litigation using information from a fake report. Clapp and Mills need to recuse themselves from office and go hide under a rock.
