According to an Angels Camp Police Department press release, on October 4, 2018 around 3:30 PM units from ACPD served a search warrant in the 700 block of South Main Street in an attempt to locate stolen property and evidence of suspected drug use.Evidence of drug use and several items identified as stolen property were recovered and are being
processed as evidence.

Why wasn't anyone arrested if they recovered stolen property and they found evidence of drug use? Makes no sense.
