Whether its the apparent 'phony' blackout that wreaked havoc in several counties over the weekend or the clear-cutting around power poles, PG&E has a problem: they are making NO friends.
They are, however, or hope they are, influencing the California State legislators to erase the lawsuit debt and fines due to fires.
Now it has been discovered that they have INTENTIONALLY not been burying the hot lines when they were supposed to either.
