Rylan Luckey, 26, of Railroad Flat, was located and arrested by Calaveras Sheriff's Deputies at the Railroad Flat General Store on Thursday, July 19, 2012.
Luckey was on parole as a register sex offender and has an active arrest warrant for violating his state parole conditions.
He had failed to register as a sex offender as required by California Penal Code 290.012. The arrest went without incident and he was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
