A Special Session of the Calaveras County Board of Supervisors has been called for Thursday, July 12 at 2 PM.
This will be a closed session that will be held in the County Counsels office.
There will be a public comment period prior to the closed session, on the closed session items and on any item not on the agenda.

This closed session is called for the lawsuit between the Nemees and Calaveras County, regarding the Trinitas Golf Course, and one other initial litigation matter not named.
The Nemees were foreclosed on by the bank and we understand there are now new owners at Trinitas.
