Peter Racz, of Valley Springs spoke against the idea of the Board of Supervisors forming yet another road association, with the County in charge, at this time.
His concern was that out of the entire development only 1 home
has been sold. The remainder of the project is still owned by the original owner, and he could disappear, leaving the county and one homeowner on the hook.

He stated that the remainder of the lots in that subdivision most likely won't sell for 10 years.
Racz told the Board of Supervisors that "They won't be making any statues of you guys!" and motioned towards the entire Board.

Mr. Racz is correct. They certainly will not ever be building any statues of any of the current Board of Supervisors.
