Rumors abound in this web of mystery of why Katie Holmes filed for divorce from actor Tom Cruise. Many feel it may embody the strict religious beliefs Cruise has
with the Church of Scientology.
It is reported that Cruise wanted his daughter Suri indoctrinated into the Church and that Katie refused to allow it. Could that be the main reason why the split is taking place?
