On June 11, 2014 at around 2 PM the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Joseph Theodore White (50) of Angels Camp, on St. Charles St. in San Andreas for allegedly Receiving Stolen Property valued over $400, a felony.
White was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
