Cal Fire BANS all burning

   The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection has issued an order to suspend open burning across 31 million acres of State Responsibility Area in the state.

   This is an attempt to mitigate the increased threat of wildfire due to the state's drought emergency, including forest management burning. It's about time!!

They should BAN all fireworks!!! Ban the sale and use during this season/year! PLEASE?

You're right about that. Every year people complain, but no one ever bans them here in Calaveras. I think they are banned in Ebbetts Pass, tho.
