In an interview with David Gregory, Republican Rand Paul said that he doesn't blame President Obama for the turmoil in Iraq. In fact, he said there may be no real solution.
This could be a problem for Paul, since the rhetoric from all Republican leaders; BLAME OBAMA, not BUSH!!! Of course, we could blame Mr. Cheney. That would be closer to the truth.
