On June 21, 2014 CHP reports that Erik Anaya (34) of Tulare was riding his 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle on Hwy 49 near Mokelumne Hill at about 35 MPH northbound.
As he was negotiating a curve, his foot peg hit the ground, causing the motorcycle to skid out from under Anaya.
The motorcycle overturned and hit a guardrail. Anaya was transported to Sutter Amador Hospital with minor injuries.
