UPDATE: The problem is a dog. CHP is with the owners at this time. The dogs owners are taking care of the situation and the roadway is now clear.
June 29, 2014 at 8:30 AM: CHP have just arrived at the scene of a reported traffic hazard at Bayview Drive and Signal Hill Trail in Copperopolis.
It isn't clear just what the hazard is yet, we will keep you informed. Use extra caution if in that area.
