In a Los Angeles courtroom yesterday, there was an explosion when the judge ruled the California State Teachers union tenure laws are unconstitutional.
While the ruling is on hold pending appeal, the decision states that some children will not receive the education they deserve due to tenure and other laws that protect teachers from being fired.
