Supervisor Olivera's BFF McmAnus came to public comments on January 10, 2017 to defend his organization to BAN marijuana in Calaveras County.
He states that they turned in and have had their petition approved by Elections. Vickie Reinke, Tea Party rep, also spoke, admitting that she is part of this ban demand in the county.

I know who that was. Her name is Montgomery. owns cedar center but is trying to get rid of it. she's been in lust with olivera since she moved here. she's probly his money bags.
