Calaveras County Water District Meets July 11, 2012

At the regular CCWD Board meeting on Wednesday, July 11, 2012,  the agenda has the usual $1.8 million plus in expenses on the consent agenda,  along with a resolution to submit delinquencies
to County Tax Rolls.
On the Regular agenda there is an old business item, a  public hearing to approve standby assessment fees in several subdivisions, and discussion and possible action regarding a Jenny Lind Property Declared Surplus, and an update on Annexation requests.
The new business items are  use of standard CCWD water design criteria for Blue Lake annexation study, approving a contract with Cameron Weist as Bond Counsel, approving the new contract with SEIU in a memorandum of understanding, and a report on preliminary work for a RATE STUDY.

Does everyone know what that means? In the past, any time a RATE STUDY has been done, they RAISE OUR RATES.  Be prepared.

Their meetings start at 9 AM in the CCWD Boardroom in San Andreas.
