In a correspondence to the Board of the Murphys Sanitary District on April 27,2012:
According to your MSD Office Manager Cindy Nugent, the Murphys Sanitary District's board contact information is not available to the public upon request.
I was referred to elections or county cousel. Why is there no transparency of MSD board members?
As directed by Ms. Nugent, I am requesting that this e-mail correspondence, a copy of the xx showing the violation Groveland received and the MSD LAFCO MSR findings be printed, and put in each director's box, and inserted into the next board packet for May 14, 2012.
Please forward this to MSD's district counsel Ken Airola and district engineer Gary Ghio.

Dear Murphys:
Is no one concerned about who is running our sewer system? If MSD fails and CCWD is forced to step in and rates go up, does that raise questions? If we cannot operate and govern our public utilities, who's responsible? Us! Please come to the meeting on Monday, July 9 at 6P.
