Reportedly, Calfornia state officals are investigating a case of a mentally ill man apparently being put on a bus in Las Vegas with a one-way ticket to Sacramento by Nevada authorities.

It happens a lot. Look at our legislature. It's up to you, if they came in on a bus, are mentally ill or both.
