The Sacramento City Council has been working on a plan to subsidize a new sports arena
ever since the public voted down the idea.
The most recent idea is to turn over all the parking revenues to help pay it back. Not so fast, say two attorneys.
They insist that a public vote be allowed to approve this massive debt. Of course, this is all in an attempt to keep the Kings BB in Sacramento.
