An extreme conservative Republican (you know, the ones who say they're now going to appeal to the moderate Californians) doesn't want the Supreme Court to throw out Prop 8 for being unconstitutional.
In the area of some things never change, she would like to see it be brought back to California voters, with a clause for RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION for those who are like her!!! OMG!
