Lake Tulloch back on Calaveras Supervisors Agenda

The Lake Tulloch vacation rentals ordinance is back on the agenda already,
set to be re-read and approved on Tuesday, March 12, 2013.

Despite the criticisms of staff in writing an ordinance that may be ready for lawsuit, and the fact that hardly anyone in the Lake Tulloch area was notified about this new ordinance, the County seems eager to try and pull more money out of the property owners.

That is what this is about, MONEY and CONTROL!

We hear they have over 100 cops who want to go do the bed checks at night, though!

The county adopted the General Plan Housing Element. What does that document say about housing? If you take the time to read it, you'll be surprised by what is it.
Why do we waste time & money on all this regulatory control? The county doesn't know or care what is in enforceable documents. The Housing Element adopts state govt. agencies dreams and desires which are severely strict.
Okay, back to dancing with the stars.
