Both John McCain and Dianne Feinstein were extremely critical of Rand Pauls' 13 hour filibuster about what McCain said was failure to educate himself on.
Rand Paul seems to believe that our military and specifically our President, is going to shoot drones at Americans here in the US.
While educated people know better, Paul seems to be talking to the less than accepting part of the Tea Party, so no one should be surprised if it doesn't make sense to the rest of us.
