Population control works in China

   Did you know that China's fiertility rate is only 1.5. This, after 30 years of a forced one child per couple policy.

   The rest of the world in 2.7. China has loosened its policy now to allow more couples to have a second child in the rural areas of five provinces.

   The amendment means that any can have a second child if either of them was the only child, or if the first child is a girl.
