According to CHP, on May 9, 2014 around 3:15 PM, Ben Tal Sior (20) of Miwuk Village was driving his 1996 Subaru Legacy on Hwy 49 in San Andreas at an unknown speed.
Sior allowed his vehicle to leave the roadway, according to the report, where he lost control of the Subaru.
The Subaru overturned several times, coming to rest on its wheels on O'Connell Lane. Sior exited the vehicle on his own. He was treated and flown from the scene to San Joaquin General Hospital with major injuries.
