UPDATE at 5:15 PM: CHP has changed this to a major injury collision.
September 6, 2015 at 4 PM: A traffic collision involving a big rig resulted in minor injuries on Hwy 99 at Hwy 120 in Manteca.
The big rig was smoking and leaking diesel, but ENTAC refused to come to the scene, it appears unless over 1000 gallons of diesel had been spilled.
