UPDATE: Hwy 4 is open.
September 1, 2015 at 2:30 PM: Two cars had a collision on Hwy 4 near Milton Road and one hit a power pole, knocking lines down into the roadway.
It will be a least three hours til PG&E can repair it. Avoid the area or you will likely be turned back. This is below Copperopolis and above Farmington. No injuries have been reported.
