UPDATE: CHP has this reported as a hit and run, since the vehicle left the scene.
September 7, 2015 at 1:40 PM: The railroad crossing arm at Santa Fe Avenue and Geer Road in Hughson has been knocked down and is laying in the roadway.
CHP has notified the railroad, but use extra care if in that area until they get it repaired.
