UPDATE: One bucket was dumped on the Sawyer Incident. It is believed they have it contained, although an outbuilding is lost.
September 10, 2015 at 11:50 AM: A new structure fire has been reported on Hwy 26 at Sawyer Heights. It is being called the "sawyer " incident. Fire is on both sides of Hwy 26.
It has been reported as fully involved plus about 2 acres of vegetation around structure. They are trying to find available resources to fight this fire. This is headed for West Point. Aircraft does not have enough fuel to go to this fire and make it back to Columbia base.
