September 1, 2015 at 8:10 AM: It has been reported that a manhole cover at Laurel and Daphne in Valley Springs is off and that it is lying with the prongs facing upwards.
Be extra careful in the area. This is near Good Friends Restaurant. CHP is en route to the scene.
