2 year old injured in Mokelumne Hill rollover

According to CHP, on July 12, 2017 at 11:05 PM Michael Linebaugh (29) of Arnold was driving a 1991 Dodge pickup on Hwy 49 north of Center Street in Mokelumne Hill
at about 40-45 MPH.

As he was negotiating a curve to his left, he allowed his pickup to run off the east side of the highway.

His vehicle traveled up a steep embankment and overturned back onto the highway, landing on its roof.

As the pickup landed on the roadway, it's roof was crushed and the arm of Linebaugh's two year old passenger, Kane Agasi of Angels Camp became pinned between the roof and the roadway.

Once the child's arm was freed, he was taken by American Legion Ambulance to a PHI helicopter, who flew the child to UC Davis Medical Center for treatment.

Linebaugh and passenger Ashley Agasi (26) of Angels Camp, refused treatment.
