It was reported that a pair of 20 year olds soehow managed to record a phone conversation between Bills GM Buddy Nex and Buccaneers GM Mark Dominik.
With "free agency" ongoing, privacy is a big issue. A website published the tape recording, calling it "Pranksters" as those responsible.
The NFL is wondering if the Fed's will think it's a little more serious than a prank.
