San Jose raised its minimum wage, which goes into effect Monday, to $10 an hour.
There is a national effort to raise the National Minimum Wage to $10 an hour by 2015.

Let's not waste time, raise it to $22.50 per hour. Then the unions of government will be able to ratchet up their prevailing wages.
